4C's Promise to be Simply the Best

While a school fulfills many roles in the development and enrichment of its students, it is first and foremost an academic institution.  Linden Hall’s distinctive educational philosophy is defined as our Signature 4C’s Promise.

With a title inspired by a Linden Hall family member who praised our school as a rare jewel in American education, the 4C's Promise is our commitment to your daughter to help her achieve excellence in Curriculum, Character, Culture, and Conditioning.  Thoughtful blending of these four tenets produces a learning experience that allows each young woman to discover her best and prepares her for the leadership opportunities of this century.  Just as the 4C’s of gemology illustrate the precious points of each different stone, so too is our approach to education for the whole girl a singularly unique program of enrichment for body, mind, and spirit.

Advanced Scholars
In keeping with our commitment to excellence, Linden Hall launched the Advanced Scholars Program, a curriculum designed for talented and motivated Upper School (grades 9-12) students who wish to challenge themselves with advanced study. The program requires students to study a broad range of subjects, complete an independent research project, and demonstrate academic mastery not only to the faculty of Linden Hall, but on external scholarly assessments as well.  Linden Hall's entire curriculum is designed with the goal of having students best prepared for college and for life. The Advanced Scholars Program simply  takes those curricular goals to a higher achievement level.
