To Enroll in the Linden Hall ESL Summer Program
1. So you would like to enroll in ESL! Learn more here.
2. Complete the registration form or use the online form.
3. Complete the Medical History Form and the Authorization to Treat Form.
4. Mail all forms along with a check for $3975 made payable to Linden Hall to: Linden Hall, 212 E. Main Street, Lititz, PA 17543.
5. Make your transportation arrangements so that you arrive at Linden Hall on Saturday, July 25, 2010. At the conclusion of the program, if you are a Linden Hall student, you may remain on campus. All other students must leave the Linden Hall campus by 1 PM on Friday, August 20, 2010, the final day of the ESL program.
6. Bed linens, blanket, towel, and a pillow will be provided for you. The laundering of these items, along with the student’s clothing, is the responsibility of each student. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in each dormitory bathroom.
