In 2010-2011 with a financial aid and scholarship budget exceeding one million dollars, Linden Hall is committed to partnering with each family to reach that goal of an affordable outstanding education. With a generous financial aid budget comprised of both need-based and merit scholarships, a variety of award packages exist to make tuition affordable.


Annual Family Incomes

Annual family incomes vary greatly at Linden Hall, beginning at $10,000 and extending upward – with many families receiving either need-based aid, merit scholarships, or a combination of both depending on individual circumstances.

Financial Assistance and Scholarships
Linden Hall offers a range of financial assistance through both need-based (financial assistance) and merit-based (Scholarship) awards. All candidates must apply for financial assistance by February 14, 2011.

Financial Assistance
February 14, 2011 is the deadline for the financial application. Please submit the following:
  • School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) results. Complete the Parents’ Financial Statement online and select Linden Hall as a recipient of the report (school code 4646)
  • Copies of 2010 tax returns & W-2s
Scholarships
Linden Hall offers merit scholarships aimed at students with strong academic potential and accomplishment. Scholarship awards are competitive and are based primarily on the student’s current academic record and the required SSAT entrance examination results.

Financial Aid Calendar

February 14, 2011
SSS (School and Student Service for Financial Aid) results, 2009 tax forms and W-2's are due to Admissions Office. For faster results, the SSS may be completed online.

March 7, 2011
Notification of Admissions and Financial Aid decisions for all complete financial aid applications received by the deadline.

April 8, 2011
Signed contracts and deposits are to be returned.
