Linden Hall Day School

Thirty percent of our students commute to Linden Hall each day from Lancaster County and surrounding counties. These girls say they have two families - one at home with their parents and siblings and one with their 'sisters' and 'parents' at Linden Hall. Upper and Middle day school lounges with lockers provide places to rest, snack, study, work on computers or just chat with friends. But you can also find day students in the dorm lounges or in friends' rooms or other gathering places.

In terms of activities, be they academic or just for fun, no distinction is made between day and boarding students. They all wear uniforms, participate in after school activities, go on weekend excursions, study and hang out together. Day students are welcome to join boarders for breakfast and dinner and to sleep in the dorms during play rehearsals or after a late night outing. Day students also invite boarding students home with them for a weekend or during a holiday break.

Day students will benefit from our incredible 5:1 student/teacher ratio. Our beautiful campus includes a riding facility, a new arts center, plus a brand new sports and fitness center. For more information on curriculum and activities for day students, please see our Upper or Middle School pages.

Day students receive the same quality academic college prep education as our boarding students, including college counseling.

Call us at 626-8512 to find out more about Day Students. Financial aid is available.
